ACCOMMODATIONS & LAYOUT:
OVERVIEW: Sleeps 6 owners and guests in 2
staterooms, plus a sofa that converts to a bed in the Salon. There are 2 owner and guest staterooms including 1 guest
head. This vessel was completely renovated in 2000: new Galley with
all new appliances, wiring, plumbing; full station with SSB radio; hull
repainted; all windows re-bedded; teak exterior wood sanded and Awlgripped
white; all new cushions, bimini, mast and stabilizing sail on Flybridge.
VESSEL WALKTHROUGH:
In the Salon there is a sofa that converts to a bed, a chair and ottoman
with storage space and a side table that folds out into a dining table.
Entertainment is provided by a CD/DVD player with two monitors and with
remote speakers in each of the two cabins. The Master Stateroom has a
queen size bed and the guest cabin has a double bed. The heads feature
separate stall showers; electric toilets; and there is a 35 gal. holding
tank and Y-valve overboard discharge. Large, deep tub/shower in Master
Head. There are shelves and cabinetry throughout providing
ample storage space. The aft deck has room for a large table and
chairs, and the bridge will seat six comfortably.
The Flybridge has a large bimini cover, with fully removable e-glass
and a rear zip in the sundeck cover. There is seating for 10,
abundant storage, ice box, telescoping table and a full instrument
station.

SAILS:
This trawler has a stabilizing sail (new '01), with new radar arch,
mast and boom. Boom is also the dinghy lift and tackle (no dinghy in
price).
REMARKS:
Repainted 2000; windows re-seated 2000, no leaks. The deck is
painted Awlgrip white; boat is solid fiberglass..no wood in hull, house or
decks. All exterior wood on windows and doors painted and
sealed. Handrail has 14 coats of Bristol finish and covers.
This vessel was totally renovated in 2000, it has never been lived aboard
and has very low total hours. Spare set of props; dunnage boxes fore
and aft; cockpit has storage below.
