ACCOMMODATIONS & LAYOUT:

VESSEL WALKTHROUGH:
This is a well-maintained Intrepid 9 meter.  She is a quick sailor, but also offers a warm interior, sleeps 5 and has a comfortable 7' cockpit.  Accommodations include a V-berth forward with filler piece, athwartships head with basin, vanity, toilet with holding tank, Y-valve and deck pump out. The main cabin has settee berths port and starboard, a bulkhead-mounted dining table, galley aft to starboard, and a quarter berth opposite with Nav. station.  The interior has a varnished teak and holly cabin sole, oiled interior bulkheads and trim, 6'2" headroom, (8) opening ports, (2) Lexan skylights including an opening forward hatch, (3) S/S cowl vents with cover plates, ample storage in lockers and more than 24 of shelves throughout the boat and a large hanging locker in the head.

Upgrades include a new Yanmar 18 hp diesel engine (1998), new S/S shaft (2002), and a new mast, standing rigging, bow pulpit, stern rail and double lifelines (2002/2003), and new cockpit cushions and bimini (2004).  She has no blisters and was barrier coated in 2001.

GALLEY: Highlights: New 2-burner alcohol cooking stove (2006); large ice chest; S/S sink with hot and cold water system.
