OVERVIEW:
The design of the Redwing 30 allows a true one piece laminate
avoiding secondary bonding. Hand laminated with mat and roving. The deck
is cored with end grain balsa for rigidity and insulation. Moulded
non-skid, well drained cockpit lockers, self draining cockpit. The Redwing
30 was designed with a high Ballast - Displacement ratio for excellent
righting moment and cruising comfort and the low wetted surface means you
do not sacrifice speed.
VESSEL WALKTHROUGH:
Starting forward, there is a large V-berth with removable filler piece
and storage shelves outboard, storage under. Aft to port is the
fully enclosed head with overboard discharge; across to starboard is a
hanging locker. Moving aft, to starboard is a large galley with a
deep, self-draining icebox, manual water in a stainless sink, pressurized
alcohol stove, additional dry storage and storage outboard. To port
is a convertible dinette seating 4 comfortably or sleeping 2. There is a
single quarter berth starboard aft. The boat sleeps 5 comfortably in 3
berths.
