OVERVIEW: Sleeps 4 owners and guests in 2
staterooms. There are 2 owner and guest staterooms including 2 full guest
heads. There are also fold-out couches in the salon and on the
bridge.
VESSEL WALKTHROUGH:
This boat is one of the last built of this popular model. With a traditional look and an extensive easy care wood interior this yacht has timeless style. She has a hard top with a full EZ-to-C enclosure on the aft deck. The Flybridge also has a full enclosure with U zip-up windows. Salon: There is a front windshield to allow light into the salon and the galley/dinette area. She is in very good condition. Forward is a V-berth with filler to make a comfortable double or 2 large singles with the filler
removed. Aft is a head compartment to port with a stall shower to starboard, and sink and a walk-thru to the forward cabin. The U-shaped galley is down to port and across there is an upholstered convertible dinette to starboard. The main salon is up just a few steps, there is a sofa to starboard. Aft is a large island bed, dressing table with built in seat, and a private head and stall shower, with Bathtub. (3) Reverse Air Conditioners through-out. Many drawers, cabinets, and closets provide abundant storage. This yacht is a truly comfortable liv-a-board. All interior colors are neutral.

Construction: The hull and deck are in excellent condition as the
boat has been shed kept out of the direct sunlight for a good part of her
lifetime, and dry stored and covered in winter. The decks and hull are white with black striping.
