This Cheoy Lee is a Pedrick design, with a modified keel and a skeg hung rudder.
She has a modern interior with two staterooms: a V-berth forward and a private
quarterberth stateroom with hanging locker in the aft section of the salon to the
starboard side of the companionway. To the port side of the companionway is a nice
size chart table with a U-shaped galley forward of the chart area. The head is just
forward of the master stateroom on the starboard side. A centerline drop leaf
table is between the port and starboard settee seats/bunks. There are port and
starboard hanging lockers with a V-berth forward of the salon. The cockpit is large,
with wheel steering and the engine is located under the companionway stairs with a V-drive
transmission to allow additional space in the salon.

to the head. all hanging lockers are cedar-lined and have automatic
interior lights.

and Holly varnished floor covering throughout the yacht.
The interior of the entire yacht is finished in satin varnished teak. There are

cushions are a multi-colored fabric (blue and mauve).
HEAD, Below Deck Amidship: Highlights: Head;

The head is a "wet" head with a hand held shower and a manual pump type
toilet with a "Y" valve holding tank and overboard discharge. It is
finished in white formica with varnished teak trim and a teak shower grate.
GALLEY, Below Deck Aft: Highlights: 6 gal.
water heater with engine heat exchanger; 110v water heater.
The galley is to the port side of the main companionway. It is U-shaped and there
is a double S/S sink near the centerline of the boat. The alcohol stove/oven is
