ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT: 

OVERVIEW:  Sleeps 4 owners and guests in 2 staterooms, plus 2 settee and 2 V-berths for a total of 8 berths.  There are 2 owner and guest staterooms, including 1 guest head.

Master Stateroom, Below Deck Aft:  Highlights:  Many lockers and drawers; closet.

The master stateroom is aft and has a full height walkthrough from the salon area.   There is a queen island bed with a small settee to port.  A private head with a stall shower, vinyl headliner, teak framed mirror on bulkhead, carpeted sole in cabins, and abundant locker storage.  Head has a clothes hamper, shower curtain, adjustable shower head and water saver seavalve.  Custom cherry wood interior, and custom passageway upper and lower bunks.

VIP STATEROOM, Below Deck Forward:
The guest stateroom is in the V area.  It has a large double berth with overhead hatch and hanging locker.  There is a private entrance to the forward head and another to the salon.  The forward head has a toilet, vanity sink and a hand held shower (this is a wet shower area).

MAIN SALON, Below Deck Amidship:
The salon companionway is centerline with the galley directly to starboard and the walkthrough to the aft cabin to port.  The engine room is directly under the companionway ladder.  There is a large U-shaped dinette to port that seats 8 with a beautiful cherry table.  To starboard is an L-shaped settee with a navigation station mounted on the forward bulkhead and cherry instrument cabinet overhead.  Large windows are surrounding ding the area port, starboard and forward; mini blinds provide privacy.  Cushions are plush blue velour, cabin sole is teak and holly varnished and a white vinyl overhead completes the decor.

HEAD, Below Deck:
Each head has a Raritan Crown Hi Boy 12v marine electric toilet.  Overboard discharge with a single 16 gallon holding tank.  All sinks are discharged overboard.   The aft head has a vinyl sole (as does the galley), S/S and chrome fixtures.

White fiberglass complimented by gray nonskid walking areas.  High toerails surround the deck with teak trim and handrails.  (5) opening hatches allow ample ventilation below decks.  Grey dodger, bimini and full cockpit enclosure.  Each seating area has waterproof cushions (cockpit and stern rail seating).  Wide decks allow easy access to the fore deck for anchoring or sail handling.  High seatback in the cockpit affords comfortable seating for 7.

HULL:  Highlights: Gel coat.

Construction: one piece molded hull and keel boss with integral deck flange.  Cast lead singed keel bolted to molded keel boss.  Irwin hight load cast, epoxy lower rudder bearing in stainless steel heel strap, hight performance semi-skegged, counter-balanced molded fiberglass foam-filled rudder with steel cores welded to solid stainless steel rudder post.  Bronze ball valves on all thru hulls below waterline.   (8) tinted aluminum opening ports - aft cabin, aft head, galley, nav station, salon and forward head.  Irwin white hull and deck, dark blue boot and cove stripe with red accent.  One-piece molded deck with coring in walkways and cabintop, Integral bowsprit with dual polished chainplate and anchor rollers for flush underdeck storage of optional anchor.  S/S bow pulpit and stern pulpits with navigation lights, life line stanchions.  (2) deep sail lockers, one cockpit coaming LPG tank compartment, fiberglass pedestal with S/S wheel and instrument package mount.  Wing keel, bronze sea cocks.

Yanmar 4 cylinder intercooled and turbocharged diesel with 2.63 reduction ratio transmission and 1 1/4" prop., S/S strut, and 3 bladed prop.  The generator is mounted forward of the engine, and the whole compartment in well insulated.  Single lever throttle and gear shifter, bronze levered seacocks, Kanzaki transmission, (3) automatic bilge pumps, (2) aluminum 105 gal. fuel tanks with in-line crossover valves.   Three 105 amp house batteries and 1 cranking battery with a 60 amp professional mariner battery charger.
